Ryan peacefully passed away today after fighting the good fight.

I know so many of us prayed and hoped for a miracle of healing in this earthy life... Yet, there were miracles happening before our eyes. I could go on and on about miracles that blessed Ryan and our family over the past year, but really, the past three weeks that we have had with Ryan were a MIRACLE.

Heavenly Father was listening and answering prayers. He blessed Ryan and our family, to have the time we needed to say goodbye... to laugh, to cry, to love and to make some cherished and unforgettable memories.

Ryan has returned back Home...he is free.

He is missed, loved and will never be forgotten.

Welcome Home my Love... Welcome Home

Margie, I know how hard this must be for you even though you make it sound so easy. I have learned so much from you through your strength and faith and love you have for Ryan. You both fought a good fight and I know without a doubt that Heavenly Father is pleased with you both. Ryan will be received with welcomed arms and will forever be your gaurdian angel. Thank goodness he doesnt have to suffer anymore and can be in peace back with his heavenly family. Give yourself and your precious children a big hug for us and know that we will continue to pray for you guys!

Margie, you are such a strong faithful woman! May God continue to bless you with the strength to get through these trying times and may He especially watch over your children, that they may feel the same peace and strength that you feel :). You know that Ryan is at peace and feels no sadness or regrets, we hope you are able to draw courage from those thoughts. There is a wonderful chapter about the Spirit World in our Gospel Principles manual for Sunday School! It gave me great comfort for you when I read about it a few days ago. Bless you and the children and Ryan's family at this time and forever! Love The Kindle Family

Margie, thank you for being so open and allowing us (a lot of whom are strangers to you) share in your experience. We know it must have been hard at times, but we were all there with you... feeling joy with you, feeling sadness with you, sharing in your hopes and fears. We will all continue to be with you and pray for and think of you and your little ones always. Ryan's fight was inspirational. We know that when your children are older they will cherish being able to go back and read this blog and see how strong and beautiful and loving their father was, and how hard the two of you fought for your family. You are an amazing and faithful woman. I know that when my grandmother passed from breast cancer my faith was shaken to the core. I admire your steadfastness and your belief in the Lord and His hand in all things. Thank you for your example. We weep for your loss and will keep you and your babies in our hearts forever.

Margie, I have had you in my every thought but can't seem to find a way to tell you all that fills my heart. Over the past few weeks I have had the strongest impression that Heavenly Father is so proud of you. We may not have received the miracle we initially prayed for, but as I have heard of Ryan travelling and going on dates and then slipping away peacefully with the ones he loved, I know that Heavenly Father has been in all of this. He was rewarding his children for enormous faith and courage through the trial of their lives. As I watch Him work in your life I am comforted knowing that it doesn't stop here. Heavenly Father will always be there Margie, and He still has a plan for you. Even knowing that, my heart breaks for you, for Hallie, for Max. And as a mother who has met Ryan's beautiful mother and seen how much she loves him, my heart breaks for her. And for his dad and siblings, and truly for all those who have been blessed to know Ryan here in mortality. But he is not gone, just moved on. How proud Heavenly Father must have been to welcome his son home from his mission yesterday. What a homecoming.

I love you Margie!

There is a whole community here for you and Max and Hallie. We are praying for you, we are fasting for you, and always thinking of you. But even if you still feel alone, Heavenly Father is there. I have barely started reading your blog and have been touched so much with it.

I too, was a young widow at 26 years old, with a young boy and girl. I also lost my husband to cancer. It has been 4 years since he passed.

Reading what you wrote brought back so many memories of what I went through with my husband. You will cherish this blog, because as time goes on, you will think that you are so weak. Read this blog as a reminder of how strong you truly are!

It has been hard to be a single mom, to my two young kids. And I won't lie, even though it has been four years, I still think of my husband on a daily basis. It is hard to watch my children get older and to think of what he is missing out on. But, I have become a better person, knowing him.

Even though I have since remarried since he has passed, I still mourn him on a daily basis. But I cherish all the happy memories that I did have with him.

If you ever need to talk to someone (and I swear, I am not some crazy freak on the internet...) feel free to email me. I have been through the emotions you are going through. I have been through the pain. It is nice to have someone else to talk to. My email address is kelliedawnbosarge@gmail.com

Take care
